SHIPPING & RETURNS
Pine Shanty orders ship 3-6 business days from date of purchase. Currently we are only shipping Domestically via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.

Entered The Wrong Shipping Address - Not Shipped Yet: Please make sure before purchasing that your address is correct. If you accidentally ship to a wrong address please contact me immediately. As long as the item(s) have not shipped I can correct this.
Entered The Wrong Shipping Address - Shipped: Once item(s) ship - only if the item(s) are sent back to Pine Shanty will they be reshipped. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for the additional postage. Should the buyer choose not to pay the shipping cost to mail the item(s) to the correct address, a refund will be issued - minus the initial shipping charges Pine Shanty incurred to mail the package. Refunds will only be issued when Pine Shanty receives the item(s).
Damaged Packages: In the rare event your item(s) arrive damaged in the mail please contact me within 48 Hours of date of delivery, as indicated on the USPS Tracking information, with photos of the damaged item, photos of the package (front back and inside), and all of the contents of the package. Either a replacement will be provided or a full refund issued.
Lost packages: If it's determined a package is not delayed, but lost, Pine Shanty will offer a replacement or refund, your choice. Pine Shanty considers a domestic package as being lost after 1 week from the last date noted on the USPS tracking website.
-Returns-
Please contact Pine Shanty within fourteen (14) days of delivery if you have concerns about your new piece. If a return is deemed warranted and it is within that time frame I (Pine Shanty) will happily do so. If a return is agreed upon, Pine Shanty will refund the cost of the original item (minus the actual shipping cost Pine Shanty incurred) upon receiving the item -- in new condition -- back from you. You (the buyer) are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back and must be returned in twenty-one (21) days after delivery.
-Exchanges-
Please contact Pine Shanty within fourteen (14) days of delivery if you (the buyer) has any concerns about your new piece. If an exchange seems warranted and it is within that time frame Pine Shanty will happily do so. If an exchange is agreed upon the buyer is responsible for all additional shipping charges. Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back and must be returned in twenty-one (21) days after delivery.
-Custom Orders-
All sales are final.
Should anything happen to your Pine Shanty jewelry item, we offer free repairs. If the item is greater than 3 months old, shipping charges are the customers responsibility.
